Features 6 small round diamonds (.16cttw) set in leaf like creations around the center stone and giving the stone a romantic, delicate look. Mounting is pictured here with a round cut diamond center stone (1.08 cttw, L-M color and I1 clarity) that is NOT included in the price but can be ordered separately from our diamond inventory.
